What's your cancellation policy?

The short answer

Plans change — 24 hours' notice is all that is asked. Cancel or move an appointment with a day's notice and there is no charge.

The policy is one line: give 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Move the appointment, cancel it, rebook it for next month — a day’s notice covers all of it.

Late cancellations may carry a charge where a slot can’t be refilled, particularly evening sessions, which are planned around light and animal activity and are hard to reallocate on the day.

Weather is treated sensibly: if conditions make an evening session pointless — heavy rain kills surface activity — it gets rescheduled at no cost, because a visit that can’t work shouldn’t be billed.
