Do you work at night?
Yes. Many pest species are considerably more active after dark, so evening and night visits are often the most effective option — and the least disruptive for yards and commercial sites.
Rats, rabbits and several other pest species do most of their moving after dusk. Working at night means working when the animals are actually out — which is why a typical rat programme is built around evening sessions rather than daytime calls.
Night work is also quieter for you. Yards get visited after the horses are settled, commercial sites after staff and customers have gone. Thermal and night-vision equipment does the finding; there are no floodlights and no drama.
Daytime visits still have their place — surveys, bird work, rabbit management and commercial inspections — so the schedule is built around the species and the site, not the other way round.
