Can I send you a photo of the problem?
Please do — WhatsApp is the fastest way. A photo of droppings, damage or the animal itself often means a quicker, more accurate quote.
A photo answers half of the assessment questions before anyone drives anywhere. Droppings identify the species and the scale; gnaw marks and burrows show how established the problem is; a picture of the site shows access and safety constraints.
Useful photos: droppings next to a coin for scale, damage to wood, wiring or feed bags, burrow entrances, and a wide shot of the affected area. Night-camera or doorbell footage is excellent if you have it.
Send photos to the usual number on WhatsApp with your postcode. You’ll usually get an answer the same day: what the animal likely is, what the next step should be, and what it’s likely to cost.
